Hey Lenora, Website looks great! I’ll have to try the eggplant recipe! It looks yummy! BTW, I’ve been using oat milk in my coffee and cereal now!

Loved the recipe for Hearty Pumpkin Pancakes. Thank you for the tip on flax eggs I’m allergic to eggs and it was heaven sent.
Trying to become totally vegetarian so I’m really looking forward to your future recipes.

Congratulations on your Holistic Nutritionist certification, Lenora! I’m looking forward to recipes you have to share. The chili and salad look particularly enticing. I don’t “do” Instagram. How will that affect my enjoyment of Curly Red Cafe?

Curly, You may now proudly claim ownership of your online project that is helpful, informative, interesting and very professional. I shall visit you often and will indeed use your recipes ,which, by the way, are beautifully photographed and very enticing. I also appreciate that they are easy to follow without 10,000 steps. Have to go now: my black bean burgers are ready.
What an interesting article about the Israeli Company working on the production of cell cultured meat. Really fascinating and important stuff!

I bought a bag of Yucan golden potatoes and didn’t know what to do with them. Made Lenora’s Roasted Potatoes recipe (Side). I thought I wouldn’t have some of the spices called for, but had them all. Although, I think my paprika was very old. I made them in my toaster oven because quite frankly I haven’t turned on my oven in like a year (I know, shame on me!). Well, they were so delicious. I loved loved them. Yummy, yummy. Thank you Lenora!
This is a really great website. Well-organized and informative with great recipes along with fun and important topics to check out.

I love these recipes! My family went plant based about a year ago and these are the best recipes I have found. My whole family enjoys eating them and they are pretty easy to make. Thank you!
Hi, I’m Lenora and I’m passionate about eating a whole-food, plant-based diet (WFPB). I’m a long-time animal rights activist, retired Realtor, and I have a certification as a holistic nutritionist. Before the pandemic, I also held WFPB cooking classes in my home.
I follow a plant-based diet, and every recipe on this website is 100% vegan. I created this blog to prove that not only is WFPB food delicious, but the effects are amazing and incredibly powerful. This is not only the most ethical diet in the world, it just happens to be the best for your health and the environment, too! Eating plant-based is truly a Triple Win…
What a fabulous website, of great importance, purpose and usefulness! I’m excited to be a subscriber.
Wow, Lenora! You did an outstanding job, this looks great and I love your logo!
