Ingredients
115-ozcan cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
4clovesgarlic
1 1/2tbspfresh lemon juice
1/3cupextra virgin olive oil
1/4cupfresh Italian parsley leaves, loosely packed
zesthalf a lemon
1/2tspsalt, to taste
1/4tspground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse a few times until the mixture is combined You want to have some texture.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a small bowl. Garnish with some chopped Italian parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
Serve with your favorite crackers, chips or toasted pita bread.
