This has become my go-to for a healthy, not-too-sweet dessert and it also works nicely as a quick breakfast with the addition of oats. It's loaded with healthy fats, super thick, creamy and delicious!
1tbspalmond butter, natural (can sub peanut butter)
1/4tspground cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender. If using a regular blender, let the banana thaw for about 5 minutes to make it easier to blend. Blend at high speed for about a minute or until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
